John was a founding Partner of the Business in 1978 and has steered The Ratcliff Partnership through more than 30 years of success in Manchester and the Northwest.

Well known for his 'colourful and upfront approach' he has overseen some of the largest refurbishment projects in Manchester in recent times including The Midland Hotel, Arndale Shopping Centre and the Corn Exchange (Triangle).

Andrew has been a chartered architect since 1988 and was a founding Director of the DTR architectural business in 1992.

He joined The Ratcliff Partnership in June 2010 and brings with him a wealth of experience across the majority of commercial project sectors as well as having worked on education projects, historic buildings and strategic masterplanning commissions.

Mark is a chartered architect who has been with the practice since 1994. He has built up a broad range of in-depth experience across various sectors including hotels, industrial, retail, office, regeneration and conservation, residential and civic projects.

'I enjoy all aspects of architectural practice from the initial fluidity of the design process to the nitty-gritty of construction sites. I will always endeavour to help bond a team with friendship and humour while remaining focused on achieving the best for the project and the client'

Catherine qualified as a chartered architect in 1988 and was a Director of Banister Storr Associates, Architects and Planning Consultants, before joining The Ratcliff Partnership in 1998. 

Her design experience covers a diverse area of expertise including private residential, sheltered housing developments (including special needs accommodation), educational, retail, hotel, office, military and residential interior refurbishment projects.
