Experience in this sector is substantial and across all project types and sizes in both newbuild and refurbishment. We constantly develop our knowledge base in terms of the latest thinking and developments in the design and fit-out of office buildings and the creation of high quality, efficient working environments.

The practice has experience across a varied range of residential projects from large, developer lead, medium rise apartment schemes to one-off private houses where we are comfortable (depending upon the Clients aspirations or site context) working in either a traditional or contemporary architectural style as the situation demands.

The practices involvement in the Retail sector has been particularly extensive over many years and includes masterplanning, new build and refurbishment projects, both town/city centres and out of town locations

We continue to be involved with the development of a rolling programme of small to medium size sports clubs and facilities covering cricket, rugby, football and tennis - ofetn involving lottery funded initiatives and relocation projects. Such projects often involve the provision of new courts and pitches in addition to the core building.
