Our scope of service on any project can be tailored as necessary from a full traditional architectural service with overall management responsibility, to a partial service to suit the particular circumstances and client requirements. We are equally adept and experienced with the most commonly used procurement routes and forms of contract, including Design and Build projects in their  various guises including, perhaps most typically, novated Design and Build scenarios.
 
A number of our commissions are secured by being invited to join a Contractor team at initial bid stage, either to undertake the design outright, develop a preliminary design or simply to provide advice and support on a number of issues throughout the bid and tender period.

Masterplanning experience covers major strategic sites of regional importance, down to development sites simply accommodating a number of individual buildings and associated infrastructure. We are equally capable at producing attractive and commercially viable masterplanning solutions for green/brownfield out of town locations or town centre locations with their unique constraints and challenges.
 
Strategic masterplanning very much necessitates an holistic approach  and the formation of a dedicated masterplanning team to, initially, embrace considerations far beyond the design of individual buildings such as planning, highways, site services, landscaping, ecology, archaeology and public consultation/relations. We have extensive experience of working within such team frameworks for the considerable timescales that such projects demand – often years!
